These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of tecknicos.com and its pages, forms, and chat assistant (the “Site”), operated by Tecknicos, LLC (“Tecknicos,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
These Terms cover the Site only. Services you buy from us are governed by the agreement for that service: the Master Services Agreement for business services, the Software Subscription Terms for Wemote, ObjectX, and PartnerHub, and the Home Service Terms for home and personal tech visits.
1. Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about Tecknicos, contact us, request a quote or trial, and create a client account. You agree not to:
- interfere with the Site’s operation, probe it for vulnerabilities, or bypass its security or rate limits;
- submit false information, impersonate anyone, or send spam or malicious content through our forms;
- scrape the Site in bulk or use automated means to submit forms.
2. Client accounts
If you create an account, keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us promptly at legal@tecknicos.com if you think your account has been misused. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
3. Prices and information
We keep prices and service descriptions on the Site current, but they can change, and a published price isn’t an offer that binds us until it’s confirmed in a signed quote, order, or booking. If we publish an obvious error, we may correct it.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, belong to Tecknicos or its licensors. “Tecknicos,” “Wemote,” “ObjectX,” “PartnerHub,” and “Knicos” are our trademarks. You may view and share pages for your own, non-commercial purposes; anything else needs our written permission.
5. Links to other sites
The Site may link to sites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we don’t promise the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Information on the Site is general and isn’t professional advice for your specific situation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Tecknicos won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
