Home Tech Care remote support runs 8am–8pm ET daily (Premium is 24/7). On-site visits are by appointment only during business hours (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm ET), subject to technician availability. On-site visits have a $99 minimum, which any job counts toward. Prices are labour only; hardware, mounts, and parts are yours, or we'll quote them at cost. Anything not listed is billed at $89/hr.

Terms for a few services.
Android customization
We only modify devices you own, and we'll ask for proof of ownership. We don't remove carrier locks or bypass activation or account locks (FRP). Rooting, unlocking the bootloader, or installing a custom ROM can void your warranty, stop some apps (such as banking or payment apps) from working, and erase the device. We back up what can be backed up first, but you accept those risks when you book this service.
Data recovery
We recover data from drives and devices that still power on. Physically damaged drives (clicking, water, fire) need a clean-room lab, and we'll refer you to one. Recovery is never guaranteed; if we can't recover anything, you pay only the diagnostic.
TV mounting
We mount on drywall over wood or metal studs. Masonry, brick, and fireplace mounts are quoted on site. We don't move power outlets or run wiring inside walls; cords are hidden with a surface cover instead.
Smart home
We set up plug-in and battery-powered devices and connect them to your apps and voice assistant. Hardwired thermostats, hardwired doorbells, and security camera systems aren't something we install.
